Greg Gebben represents the roots: the wanch, the land, and the truth of the West. His chapter anchors the Library in authenticity—where work ethic, humor, grit, and hospitality coexist.

The Modern West & Dream Golf
Devon Tilly — Steward, Connector, Instigator
Devon Tilly carries the West forward, blending tradition with joy, design, and partnership. Influenced by Dream Golf and the Keiser philosophy (Bandon Dunes), this chapter emphasizes:

The Art of Construction
Master Facilitators
The Art of Construction (AOC) Master Facilitators form the intellectual and cultural backbone of the project. This Library honors all AOC MFers through collective leadership under Devon Tilly.
Their role:
- •Facilitate alignment across disciplines
- •Translate vision into a buildable reality
- •Hold culture as tightly as budget and schedule
This Library becomes the shared language for architects, engineers, builders, storytellers, and partners.

What We Don't Do
We don't chase trends, overbuild for ego, rush decisions that deserve walking the land, or partner with people who put extraction before contribution. We don't believe golf is about excess, exclusivity, or optimization at the expense of soul. We don't separate fun from professionalism, story from engineering, or culture from cost. If the work forgets the people, the land, or the joy — we stop and reset.

This Library is an open door—to local partners, national collaborators, engineers, creatives, and friends. Contributions are welcomed in kind and in spirit.
